Recently we
modified the Standard Plan Rule for 15 year olds.
Previously the rule stated that "Members must have
been enrolled for 4 years prior to the age of 15 before
the member was entitled to 2 additional years of coverage
under the Standard Plan." This rule has been
modified to read "Members must have been enrolled for
2 years prior to the age of 15 before the
member is entitled to 2 additional years of coverage under
the Standard Plan." We will notify you whenever
a member is no longer eligible for coverage under the
Standard program and automatically enroll the member in
one of the Senior programs.
